Don’t look now but the Detroit Tigers actually have a chance to sweep a series when they host the Baltimore Orioles on Sunday afternoon.
Prior to Sunday’s game, the Tigers announced a pair of roster moves, including placing SP Michael Pineda on the injured list.
Pineda fractured his finger on Saturday after being hit by a line drive.
The Tigers have placed RHP Michael Pineda on the 15-day injured list with a right middle finger fracture.
In a corresponding move. OF Victor Reyes has been reinstated from the 10-day injured list.
