MUST SEE: Miguel Cabrera opens up a can of whoop ass on Yankees Austin Romine

It was a heated affair between the Detroit Tigers and New York Yankees on Thursday afternoon, and it all exploded in the sixth inning.

The festivities began when Yankees star Gary Sanchez was hit by Tigers starter Michael Fulmer, shortly after hitting a home run earlier in the game.

The Yankees responded with Tommy Kahnle throwing behind Cabrera, immediately leading to his ejection. Yankees manager Joe Girardi was infuriated that there was no warning given, and he was thrown out as well.

Cabrera then began a war of words with Yankees catcher Austin Romine (brother of Tigers utility man Andrew Romine). The two exchanged heated words before Cabrera shoved Romine and started throwing punches, leading to a bench clearing brawl. Cabrera and Romine were ejected afterward.
