Zimmermann, who is making $25 million this season is currently 1-8 with a horrendous 7.13 ERA in 15 starts.

Since being signed by the Tigers prior to the 2016 season, Zimmermann is 25-36 with a 5.53 ERA. By the end of this season, he will have made $85 million with the Tigers. He is currently under contract with the Tigers through the 2020 season.

To be fair, it is not Zimmermann's fault that the Tigers overpaid for him but it sure is frustrating to see him struggle like he has since coming to the Motor City.
