Unless you have been in a bubble, you have almost certainly heard that the Detroit Lions have fired Brayden Coombs after he made the boneheaded decision to go rogue and call a fake punt, which failed.
Apparently, Coombs wife Alexia may be a bit salty that her hubby was canned for his own decision.
On Thursday morning, the Lions announced that interim head coach Darrell Bevell, who was responsible for the firing of Coombs, will not be allowed to coach on Saturday against the Buccaneers as he has been deemed to have come in close contact with a person who tested positive for COVID-19.
Not long after the Lions’ announcement, Coombs wife took to Twitter to post a gif of former Detroit Pistons star Rasheed Wallace yelling his famous “ball don’t lie” line.
Nation, are you thinking like we are? Was this tweet from Alexia directed at the Detroit Lions and Darrell Bevell?
