The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded at approximately 7:32 p.m. Sunday to a home in the 20000 block of Northpark Drive. Authorities confirmed that one person was receiving treatment for serious injuries, but police had not publicly identified the victim as of Monday morning. A heavy law-enforcement presence was reported in the Northpark Drive area Sunday evening.
