Talk about a roller coaster week for ex-Detroit Lions offensive lineman LaAdrian Waddle. On Tuesday, he was released by the 4-9 Lions and then on Wednesday he was claimed off waivers by the 11-2 New England Patriots.
Waddle, who was originally signed by the Lions as an undrafted free agent in 2013, only made six starts for the team this season before losing his job to Michael Ola roughly a month ago.
What better holiday gift than to go from the Lions to the Super Bowl contender Patriots?
We wish Waddle the best of luck with his new team.
