Ex-Lion Tahir Whitehead karate chops Kenny Golladay

Just because two players once were teammates doesn’t mean they’ll be best friends for life.

Former Detroit Lions linebacker Tahir Whitehead, now with the Oakland Raiders, delivered a karate chop to the side of Kenny Golladay’s neck after intercepting a pass from Matthew Stafford in the end zone.

None of the on-field officials saw the incident, and no flag was thrown. However, the NFL could review the play to determine if supplemental discipline is necessary.

Whitehead spent six years with Detroit before signing with Oakland in 2018.
