A day after announcing they were retaining Matt Patricia and Bob Quinn for the 2020 season, Detroit Lions ownership (along with Rod Wood) published an open letter to the fans.

In the letter, the ownership attempted (poorly) to explain why Patricia and Quinn are returning but then shifted gears quickly to beg Lions’ fans to fill Ford Field in the future.
Of course, we shared the letter on Facebook and one of our readers did the rest!
