On Tuesday evening, the Pro Football Hall of Fame announced their finalists for the Class of 2021 and former Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson made the cut.
Immediately following the announcement, the Lions took to Twitter to congratulate Calvin on his great honor.
But instead of fans retweeting to congratulate Megatron, they decided to bash the Lions, reminding them that they should pay Johnson the money they made him payback when he retired.

Even a local media member decided to pile on by ripping the Lions.
Calvin was the only reason to ever sit your ass in Ford Field for years. He made that team untold millions. Then when injuries forced him into retirement, that team — worth more than $1 billion — asked for some of their money back. It's the cheapest thing I've ever heard.
