WR Marvin Jones
Average Draft Position: 97.4 (76.0 in PPR)
Projected Round: 6-8
After signing a 5-year, $40 million contract during the off-season, new Lions wide receiver has been impressing teammates and coaches in training camp. The 5th-year wide out has spent his entire career in the shadow of superstar A.J. Green in Cincinnati, but is ready to breakout in 2016.
Jones has the speed and size at 6-foot-2 to be a deep threat for a Detroit offense trying to replace one of the best deep threats in Calvin Johnson. Last season the the California product had 65 receptions for 816 yards and 4 touchdowns with the Bengals. Those drafting Jones in fantasy are hoping he can replicate his 2013 season when he scored 10 touchdowns. While he may not end up leading the team in receptions, I believe Jones could wind up being leader in touchdowns and receiving yards for the Lions this season.
