The Detroit Red Wings will be starting training camp for the 56 game 2020-21 NHL Season on New Year’s Eve, and they just got some reinforcements.
Minutes ago, the team announced via social media that they’ve officially recalled forwards Mathias Brome, Michael Rasmussen and Filip Zadina and defensemen Filip Hronek and Gustav Lindstrom from overseas:

The Red Wings had loaned their players overseas while details regarding the upcoming NHL season were worked out.
Fans will have to wait, however, to catch a glimpse at defenseman Moritz Seider and forward Joe Veleno. GM Steve Yzerman announced that the pair will remain overseas through the conclusion of their respective teams’ seasons in the SHL.
