The Detroit Red Wings had four players on the COVID-19 protocol list entering tonight’s game against the Chicago Blackhawks. Go ahead and make it an uneven five.
The team learned that forward Filip Zadina is now on the list, which requires two weeks of quarantine. He joins Robby Fabbri, Jon Merrill, Adam Erne, and Sam Gagner.

A player who lands on the list may not necessarily have the illness, but is done so out of an abundance of caution.
In four games played so far this season, Zadina has registered two assists with a +1 plus/minus rating.
