Defensive Tackle B.J. Raji
There are still many doubters out there, but the truth is as clear as a sunny day in Maui: the Lions are transitioning into a 3-4 defense. Trading for Haloti Ngata was just the beginning of that change. Plugging in other pieces that can help make the transition more easy going should be high priority. In that sense, signing an accomplished and young veteran such as B.J. Raji would be an ideal move for Detroit. He suffered a torn bicep last preseason and many wondered if he would ever recover from it. Word has it that he saw that as a challenge and is recovering in spectacular fashion.
Will post more in a bit. But on B.J. Raji's strength post-torn bicep. Yesterday, shoulder-pressed 335 five times, five sets. Benched at 450.

Raji could work out. How about adding another Packer to the Lions den? Next up…
