Chris Webber will always have ties to Michigan. A Detroit native and product of Country Day High School, he attended the University of Michigan and late in his NBA career suited up for the Detroit Pistons.

Let’s throw it back to early 2007 for C-Web’s first start while wearing the Pistons red white and blue.

Webber played 17 minutes off the bench in what was eventually a 100-99 loss at home to the Utah Jazz. He scored two points and grabbed down five rebounds in the contest.

He did this while wearing No. 84 because No. 4 was already retired for Joe Dumars. Webber said he chose the number because of his nephew.
