The Detroit Lions have found a backup for Matthew Stafford, inking former Chicago Bears QB Chase Daniel to a three year pact earlier this week.
Of course, Lions fans will remember Daniel for his performance against them this past Thanksgiving. Daniel, filling in for an injured Mitchell Trubisky, was 27-for-37 for 230 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions as the Bears took the annual classic by a 24-20 final score.
