The Detroit Tigers and Chicago White Sox provided baseball fans with one of the more memorable bench clearing brawls 20 years ago in the Windy City – twice in the same game on April 22, 2000.
Both brawls stemmed from hit batters, and both teams suffered some pretty serious punishment from the League.
In all, 16 players were suspended for a total of 82 games, while 24 players, coaches and managers were fined.
