Quandre Diggs is 26 years old, he is in the prime of his career, and he was a defensive captain for the Detroit Lions.
Yet, on Tuesday, news broke that he was traded to the Seattle Seahawks (along with a seventh-round pick) for a fifth-round pick.
Following the trade being made official by the Lions, Diggs took to Twitter to give his initial reaction to being dealt.
