There is no question about it that the Detroit Lions have wasted Matthew Stafford‘s career…at least so far.
Since Stafford was selected with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2009 NFL Draft, the Lions have yet to win a single playoff game and though some blame the quarterback, those who have even the slightest clue about football knows the problem is much deeper than that.
One person who agrees that the Lions have wasted Stafford is former Pro Bowl RB, Jonathan Stewart. Stewart took to Twitter on Monday to blast the team for wasting three years of Stafford’s career by hiring Matt Patricia.
Remember when the Detroit lions wasted 3 years of Matthew Staffords career by hiring matt Patricia.

Why Steward decided to randomly make his case about Stafford on Twitter is beyond me but his is 100% correct.
