Overview
The Red Wings look to take their four-game winning streak into the weekend finale against Boston tonight at home. An NBCSN broadcasted game, the powerhouse Bruins looks to show their season dominance tonight in Detroit. They face off against a Red Wings team that has beaten some talented teams in their last four games. The Red Wings and Bruins will be playing each other for the fourth time this year. Detroit is the favorite over Boston, having won two out of the three games this season.
As Detroit fans only get to watch four more games before the Red Wings season end. Their current winning streak has shaken up the potential draft order and fans are not happy. Although the team is showing improved chemistry and can build off of this to transfer into next season, the idea a top 5 draft pick is something the Red Wings should be focusing on. Tonight's matchup will potentially be a rest day for some Bruins players. Boston played last night in Florida against the Panthers. The Bruins and Lightning are currently the only two teams with a clinched playoff spot out of the East, giving the Bruins relief on these last couple games on the regular season.
Players to Watch
Detroit Red Wings (30-38-10, 7th Atlantic Division):
Two of the top offensive players on the Detroit Red Wings are superstar forwards Dylan Larkin and Andreas Athanasiou. Showing great skill and puck work on the ice, these two high flying scorers put on a show every night no matter the score. Look for these leaders to show their skill against a highly rated Boston Bruins team. With Larkin leading the goals, assists, and points category on Detroit, Athanasiou is right behind him.

The Red Wings have shifted players around frequently ever since the trade deadline. There are a few young guns that have been stepping up recently for Detroit. Tyler Bertuzzi has been a positive factor on the ice this season, having a solid plus/minus in the recent winning streak and contributing to Larkin's string of goals.
