Golden Tate of the Detroit Lions and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson placed a friendly “Twitter wager” over the result of the Miami-Notre Dame game, in which the loser would don the college jersey of the winner. And after Miami handily defeated Notre Dame 41-8, it was pretty clear who the loser in the bet was.

Well, Golden Tate was true to his word and honored the wager.

Now with this being The Rock, there’s a lot that could have come out of his mouth after winning the bet. And with Notre Dame taking a whooping the way they did, the Rock easily could’ve dropped this gem on Tate.

But Johnson took the high road in the end.
