Golden Tate’s response to Jaguars Jalen Ramsey referring to Matthew Stafford as ‘straight’ is hilarious!

Over the years, Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford has been called just about everything in the book. Elite, great, good, average, below average and some have even said he is the reason the Lions have not won more.

In a recent interview with GQ, Jacksonville Jaguars CB Jalen Ramsey, he gave his two cents on Stafford.

“You not a bad quarterback if you do what your team asks of you,” Ramsey said. “Matthew Stafford, I think he’s straight. I don’t think he the best quarterback out there. But he do what he gotta do.”

Ramsey is certainly entitled to his opinion, just like the rest of us, but when Lions WR Golden Tate was asked about the comment, a pretty funny exchange took place.

Oh, by the way, in case you were wondering what my opinion is, Matthew Stafford is a top 5-7 quarterback who has what it takes to lead the Lions to a Super Bowl. All he needs is a supporting cast.
