Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has had his fair share of run ins with former Detroit Lions defensive end Ndamukong Suh, who is now suiting up for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
And Sunday was no exception.
Not only was Suh penalized for a late hit on Rodgers, but he also absolutely blasted him at the end of the first half. Rodgers appeared to later spit in Suh’s direction.

Afterwards, Rodgers said that he’d hoped to speak to Suh in an effort to put the past behind them, but didn’t get that opportunity following the game’s conclusion.
“There was a little conversation in the third quarter, and this is where I say sometimes it goes to slightly more cordial after its hostile, I was under the impression we were going to have a conversation after the game,” Rodgers said Tuesday on The Pat McAfee Show on SiriusXM Mad Dog Radio. ” It was one of those, hey, I’m old, you’re old, let’s talk some things out. I don’t know if he ran off the field after the game. I didn’t see him after the game.”
“I was looking forward to that conversation,” Rodgers said. “I didn’t know how it was going to go. I didn’t think it was going, like, look, I’m not going to fight Ndamukong Suh. . . . After all these years playing together we’ve never had that conversation off the field. I think it would be interesting.”

Detroit Lions wide receiver Marvin Jones Jr. has seen his name pop up in trade rumors as he’s entered the final year of a five year contract he signed in 2016. With Kenny Golladay in need of a new contract, Jones could find himself a casualty of the team’s salary cap restraints.

And now, CBS Sports has put forward the latest proposal involving Jones, which would see him head out east.
The proposal? Jones being sent to the Baltimore Ravens in exchange for Baltimore’s 2021 sixth-round draft pick and 2022 seventh-round pick.
