Per CBS Sports:
“The alliance will focus on on NCAA governance and college football scheduling, but the leagues also plan to get on the same page regarding future College Football Playoff expansion.”
The alliance was supported unanimously by the presidents, chancellors and athletics directors at all 41 institutions.
Pac-12 commish Georgia Kliavkoff on the alliance: "There is no signed document, and there doesn't need to be. There is a commitment from three commissioners and 41 presidents and athletics directors."
