On Thursday, Ian Kinsler hit a walk-off home run to give the Detroit Tigers an 8-6 victory over the Kansas City Royals.
Following the game, Kinsler was doing a post-game interview when Jose Iglesias approaches him with a towel. This usually means shaving cream in the face, but instead, Iglesias casually uses the towel to wipe the sweat off of Kinsler’s face. No big deal, right? Not so fast…..
About 10 seconds later, J.D. Martinez comes flying in with a cooler full of ice water and absolutely soaks Kinsler!
