Before long, will know whether or not the Detroit Lions have decided to use the franchise tag on WR Kenny Golladay.
Well, according to a report from Ian Rapoport, the Lions are indeed expected to use the tag on Golladay.
The announcement could come as soon as Tuesday as that is when teams are allowed to officially announce if they are using the tag on a player.
After racking up 1,190 yards and 11 touchdowns in 2019, Golladay only had 338 yards and two touchdowns in five games in 2020.
Some have suggested that the Lions will use the tag on Golladay with the intention of then trading him.
