UPDATE:
A couple of days ago, Detroit Lions RB Jamaal Williams posted a video/message to his Instagram that some took as a revelation that the Lions are bringing back S Tracy Walker for the 2022 season and beyond.
Well, according to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press, a deal is “not imminent” but a deal could be finalized next week.
No deal is imminent with Walker and the Lions, though one certainly could be finalized next week. Walker had a nice season in 2021, and there is mutual interest in a return to Detroit — especially with safeties Jessie Bates and Marcus Williams among the franchise tag candidates.

That is one of the biggest questions that will have to be answered this offseason and Lions RB Jamaal Williams may (or may not) have leaked the answer on his Instagram page.
