Cleveland Cavaliers guard James Harden is facing a legal issue after being arrested early Saturday morning in Houston on a misdemeanor gun charge.
According to court records, Harden was taken into custody at approximately 3:41 a.m. after authorities allegedly observed an unholstered handgun inside a vehicle registered to the 36-year-old NBA veteran.
He was later booked into the Harris County Jail at 4:57 a.m.
Harden Released After Posting Bond
Court records indicate Harden was released shortly after his arrest after posting a $100 bond.
He has been charged with unlawful carrying of a weapon and is scheduled to appear in court on June 22.
