Offensive tackle Jared Veldheer will be making NFL history with the Green Bay Packers.
After having started with the Indianapolis Colts during their Wild Card loss to the Buffalo Bills, he was then signed by the Packers. The reasoning behind this is because Veldheer was originally elevated from the Colts practice squad; players can then be signed to other teams.
Veldheer will become the first NFL player in history to suit up for two different teams in the same postseason:
Packers officially signed OT Jared Veldheer, who this weekend is expected to become the first player in NFL history to play for two teams in the same postseason. Veldheer started for the Colts last Saturday and will play for Packers this Saturday.

A Grand Rapids, MI native, Veldheer played collegiately at Hillsdale College and was drafted in the third round (69th overall) of the 2010 NFL Draft. He’s also played for the Arizona Cardinals, Denver Broncos, New England Patriots, and one previous go-around with the Packers.
He announced his retirement before having a change of heart and making a comeback with the Colts.
