Jeff Daniels posts epic tweet following Lions last minute win over Colts [Photo]

When Matthew Stafford connected with Theo Riddick for a touchdown to give the Detroit Lions the lead 34-28 over the Indianapolis Colts with 4:04 remaining in the game on Sunday, Lions fans began to breathe a sigh of relief. That is until kicker Matt Prater came on and missed the extra point!

Of course, Andrew Luck led the Colts on an eight play 75-yard drive which ended with a 6-yard touchdown pass to Jack Doyle. Following an extra point by Adam Vinatieri, the Colts led 35-34 with just 37 seconds remaining in the game.

Luckily, Stafford was not finished as he drove the Lions into field goal territory and Prater redeemed himself by connecting on a 43-yard field goal to all but seal the deal for Detroit.

On Monday morning, Detroit native Jeff Daniels tweeted out a photo created by @LionsMemes which perfectly described his feeling following Sunday’s big win.

Huge props to Matt Prater for redeeming himself and huge props to @LionsMemes for creating the sweet meme to describe it.
