A few weeks ago, Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh spoke to the media and he said that his football team was 95% vaccinated.
On Friday, Harbaugh spoke to the media and after quickly consulting a team spokesman, he said his team is now around 98.5% vaccinated and that his staff is fully vaccinated.
Michigan’s first game is at the Big House on Sept. 4 against Western Michigan.
Harbaugh says the team’s vaccination rate is higher than even a few weeks ago (when he estimated 95%). After quickly consulting with a team spokesman, he said he’d estimate 98.5% right now, and said all the staff is vaccinated.
