According to Alan Bowman, he is leaving Texas Tech and transferring to Michigan.
In three seasons at Texas Tech, Bowman completed 67% of his passes for 5,260 yards and 33 touchdowns to go along with 17 interceptions.
Bowman was originally a 3-star recruit (No. 37 ranked pro-style QB) in the class of 2018.
