Detroit Red Wings 2018 1st round selection Joe Veleno had nothing but good things to say about defenseman Moritz Seider, whom Detroit took 6th overall in 2019.
Both of whom gained further professional experience playing on loan in the SHL this season.
“He’s been outstanding in every aspect of the game, I think especially physically,” Veleno said of Seider. “He’s also able to produce offense to join the rush. He’s just improved in so many areas of the game.”
Veleno could soon be making his NHL debut with Detroit this week.
