On Friday, Michigan showed once again why they could be a very dangerous team to face in the NCAA tournament as they defeated the No. 1 seed Purdue in the quarterfinals of the Big Ten Tournament. Following the game, Wolverines head coach John Beilein was happy and decided to have a bit of fun with a young Michigan State fan who was waiting to watch his team play in the next game.
Watch as Beilein jokingly tries to convince the young fan to allow him to autograph the Spartan on his shirt. The kid stuck to his guns and would not allow it, but Beilein said he did get him to say, “Go Blue!”
