The Detroit Lions did not get off to a great start as they blew an 18-point fourth-quarter lead and ended up with a tie against the Arizona Cardinals.
With a very tough schedule ahead over the next four weeks or so, it’s crucial the Lions get back on track as soon as possible if they want to contend for a playoff spot in 2019.

One tough matchup staring the Lions in the face is their Week 4 game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Chiefs’ offense, which is led by QB Patrick Mahomes, is absolutely amazing and the Lions defense will certainly have their hands full.
That being said, the Lions just caught a HUGE break as reports indicated that Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill is expected to miss 4-6 weeks with a sternoclavicular joint injury which he suffered in Week 1 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
#Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (sternoclavicular joint injury) is expected to miss 4-6 weeks, sources say. A positive sign: KC does not plan to put him on IR, as of now. He’ll need to be monitored in rehab, and how quickly it progresses will determine if it’s more or less than 6 weeks.

Assuming this report is true, the Lions will dodge a big bullet as Hill is one of the most dynamic players in the entire league.
