JUST IN: Detroit Lions defeated by Cleveland Browns in double overtime?

On Sunday, the Detroit Lions will welcome the winless Cleveland Browns to Ford Field in what seems like a must-win game for the Motor City Kitties.

Each week, our friends over at Pride of Detroit stream a Madden 18 simulation of the Lions game that will take place on the following day. If today’s simulation is any indication of what will take place in real-life, the Lions will have their hands full with the Browns on Sunday afternoon.

According to the simulation, the Browns will do something that is impossible and beat the Lions 19-16 in double overtime! (More on that in a moment)

In the simulation, Matt Prater kicked a field goal as time expired in the fourth quarter to send the game into overtime. Both teams failed to score in the 10-minute overtime and surprisingly, the game went to a second overtime, which we all know is not what the NFL rule is. Whatever, it’s just a dumb video game…

Anyways, Cleveland sealed the deal by kicking a field goal in the second overtime to win the game 19-16.

As you can see below, the Lions allowed Browns rookie quarterback Deshone Kizer to throw for over 300 yards in the game, while Lions QB Matthew Stafford only tossed for 235 yards.

Nation, we know this is only a video game simulation but are you at all concerned that the Browns could come into town and put a dagger in the hearts of the Lions? Or, do you believe the Lions will handle their business and blowout the Browns?
