According to reports, Detroit Lions TE T.J. Hockenson was forced to leave Wednesday’s joint-practice with the Houston Texans.
Kyle Meinke is reporting that Hockenson’s eyes were being checked by trainers after possibly getting poked in the eye during a red zone drill.
T.J. Hockenson left practice a few minutes ago and has yet to return. Trainers were checking his eyes/vision. May have been poked in the eye making a catch during red zone drills.

Let’s hope this is just a minor injury to the Lions’ rookie.
