This coming Sunday, the Detroit Lions will take on the Miami Dolphins in what is being called by many, a “must-win” game.
With the status of Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill up in the air, an “official” point spread for the game between the Lions has yet to be released. (Though Mike O’Hara of the Detroit Lions seems to have found the line somewhere)

Though we are still awaiting Las Vegas to give us the line for this week’s game, they have already looked towards Week 8 when the Lions host the Seattle Seahawks.
According to the Westgate SuperBook in Las Vegas, the Lions are currently a 2.5 point favorite over the Seahawks.

Nation, do you think this spread will hold steady through the next week or will it shift?

WHOA! Detroit Lions’ CB watches birth of child on Facebook Live
Most people would agree that one of the greatest moments in their life was watching the birth of their children. Though it can be a scary moment for some, there is just something about being next to your wife and watching your child enter the world that takes your breath away.
In a story by Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press, he tells about a day in late July that Detroit Lions cornerback Nevin Lawson will never forget.
Lawson, according to the story, had just completed his first training camp practice when he got a call from his mother-in-law telling him that his wife was about to give birth to their first son. Unfortunately, his wife was in Florida and he was in Michigan which meant he would not have time to see the birth in person. Luckily, modern day technology (in this case, Facebook Live) allowed Lawson to watch the birth of his son in real time.
