Michigan may hold a 27-14 halftime lead over Middle Tennessee State but the Wolverines may have lost one of their best offensive players in the process.
According to reports, Tarik Black suffered an undisclosed injury near the end of the first half which forced him to go to the locker room early.
Wobbly first half for Michigan. Two big fumbles, some big throws and some overthrows by Patterson. And Tarik Black left with undisclosed injury. Wolverines lead Mid Tenn St. 27-14.

Prior to getting hurt, Black was able to haul in a touchdown pass from Shea Patterson.
Hopefully, he returns for the second half but we are not holding our breath.
UPDATE:
Tarik Black is back for the Wolverines after reportedly needing fluids for cramping.
Whew!
