On Sunday, Twitter blew up when Detroit Pistons‘ forward Blake Griffin tweeted out an ‘eyes’ emoji which was followed up by a cryptic tweet from Trey Young of the Atlanta Hawks.

Those tweets started a rumor that Griffin was being traded to the Hawks for a couple of expiring contracts and draft picks.

On Monday, Griffin joined Barstool’s Pardon My Take and commented on his ‘cryptic’ tweet from Sunday.
It sounds like there was nothing to the tweet but even if there was, Blake certainly would not give up that information to Barstool.
