The Detroit Pistons continue to make moves on Draft Day.
Not long after they acquired four second round draft picks from the Cleveland Cavaliers in exchange for their 30th overall draft selection, theyโve now acquired the No. 37 pick in the draft from the Dallas Mavericks.
In return, Dallas received Detroitโs No. 45 pick and, as Rod Beard of the Detroit News reported, one of the four second-round picks the Pistons just acquired from the Warriors.

With the 37th pick, the Pistons acquired 19-year-old 6-8, 190-pound wing Deividas Sirvydis of Lithuania.
Confused? Letโs break it down a bit, courtesy of James Edwards of The Athletic:
To make sense for #Pistons fan, per source: The trade with Cleveland netted Detroit four seconds (2020, 2021, 2023, 2024) and cash. The trade with Dallas gave the Pistons No. 37 (Deividas Sirvydis, who will likely be stashed) and sent out the 2020 and 2021 2nds and 45th tonight.
