Kelly Stafford has advice for Detroit newspaper ripping her husband: ‘Stick to EVERYTHING besides sports’

On Sunday, Matthew Stafford completed 24 of 42 passes for 336 yards and 3 touchdowns to go along with one interception. His passer rating for the game was 96.9 and just looking at the numbers, you would think he played a solid game.

Now, I am not here to say Stafford played the perfect game, as he also lost a big fumble when the Lions were in field goal range and his interception was returned for a touchdown, but he was not the only reason why the Lions lost to the Colts 41-21. That being said, he certainly was part of the problem.

Following the game, Carlos Monarrez of the Detroit Free Press wrote an article titled, “Matthew Stafford deserves most of the blame for Lions’ loss to Colts.”

In the article, Monarrez was pretty fair as Stafford did have some costly misses and as mentioned earlier, a bad interception and a lost fumble when the Lions were in field goal range.

Well, sorry, Carlos, but Kelly Stafford is not a big fan of your article or the fact that your newspaper covers sports at all.

After catching wind of the article, Kelly hopped on Instagram, which she seems to do quite often, and she blasted the Detroit Free Press.

“Proving they have zero idea what they are talking about YET AGAIN. Stick to sports. K thanks, bye.”

Nation, what do you think about what Kelly has to say about the Detroit Free Press sports coverage?
