On Friday, news broke that Hall of Fame manager Tommy Lasorda had died at the age of 93.
A day later, one of his players, Kirk Gibson tweeted out a message for his former skipper.

Gibson was part of the Lasorda-led Los Angeles Dodgers team that won the 1988 World Series.
