Niklas Kronwall announced on Tuesday that he is retiring from the NHL so we figured it would be fun to take a stroll down memory lane.
On Dec. 8, 2018, the Detroit Red Wings took the ice against the New York Islanders and to say Kronwall was ready to play would be a HUGE understatement.

First, the Wings defenseman scored his first goal of the season to put give Detroit a 2-0 1st-period lead, but that is not what has Twitter going crazy.
