UPDATE:
According to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press, Detroit Lions LT Taylor Decker was not at practice again on Thursday. It is seeming more and more likely that he will be shut down for the season.
No Taylor Decker again at Lions practice today. That doesn’t seem like a good sign for his return this year https://t.co/HrWCE2fFgm via @freep

INITIAL REPORT:
At this point, it does not even seem possible for the Detroit Lions to lose another key player but according to head coach Dan Campbell, that is exactly what could happen.
On Wednesday, Campbell spoke to reporters and he said it’s possible that LT Taylor Decker is shut down for the remainder of the 2021 season as he continues to recover from his hand injury.
“There’s a chance,” Campbell said about the possibility of Decker being shut down for the season.
When it rains, it pours.
Dan Campbell says “there’s a chance” the Lions could shut Taylor Decker down for the season at the end of this three-week IR-return window. Still trying to figure out how comfortable Decker is using his surgically repaired finger.

At this point it would be better if Jeff Goff become more of a gunslinger! Making quick decisions and release the ball quicker! He can’t do much worst than the way he is performing now! Right now a few interceptions doesn’t make it worse! You need to get into a fast rhythm!
