Prior to Thursday’s training camp practice, Detroit Lions head coach Matt Patricia spoke to the media and he started things off by announcing four roster moves.
Those moves include placing Jashon Cornell on Injured Reserve with an Achilles injury, signing WR Chris Lacy and RB Wes Hills, and releasing FB Luke Sellers.

This is obviously some unfortunate news for Cornell, who was selected by the Lions in the 2020 NFL Draft.

According to ESPN, who used their Football Power Index (FPI) to run 20,000 simulations, the Lions have the lowest floor and ceiling compared to the rest of their counterparts in the NFC North.
