Lions’ HC Matt Patricia replies to question asking if he has been told he will be back in 2020

Matt Patricia is not off to a very good start with the Detroit Lions. Check that, he got off to a bad start in his first season and things have gotten even worse in year two.

Because of Patricia’s 9-19-1 start, the question has come up, will be back with the Lions in 2020 or will he be fired.

On Monday, Patricia spoke to the media and he was asked if he has been told if he will return next season. His response was that he won’t get into any conversations he’s had with ownership.

This response is not surprising at all.
