In eight games with the Lions last season, Wilson chipped in eight tackles.
After the cut, the four defensive linemen remaining under contract for next year are Ziggy Ansah, Caraun Reid, Devin Taylor, and Gabe Wright. The Lions current situation leaves them with more than $34 million in cap space.
