The Detroit Lions are currently ranked #31 out of all 32 NFL teams in terms of overall value. Their value of $1.95 billion is just ahead of the Buffalo Bills who sit at $1.9 billion.
Their second to last ranking comes even as the team increased in value by 15% this past year.
Rounding out the top five most valuable NFL teams are the New England Patriots ($4.1 billion), New York Giants ($3.9 billion), Los Angeles Rams ($3.8 billion) and San Francisco 49ers ($3.5 billion).
The Lions are certainly aided by media deals, where revenue gets shared equally among the NFL’s 32 teams.
