Unfortunately for Detroit Lions rookie Jashon Cornell, his rookie season ended before it was even able to begin.
Cornell, a seventh-round pick out of Ohio State, suffered a “serious” injury to his Achilles during, which was soon deemed to be season-ending.
However, he’s keeping a positive attitude. Check out the message he posted to his Instagram account, in which he keeps things in perspective:
Great stuff from Cornell. We hope he’s able to make a full recovery and join his teammates for next season on the field.
