The Detroit Lions have added depth today, signing former Cowboys safety Rolan Milligan.
Milligan played the 2015 season with the Rockets following a year at Alabama-Birmingham. He recorded 48 tackles, four tackles for loss, three forced fumbles and two interceptions in 11 games at Toledo.
He participated in the Cowboys' training camp in 2016 after being signed as an undrafted rookie before being released in August.
The 5-foot-10, 200 lb Milligan will be competing for a depth job with the Lions, which returns Glover Quin, Tavon Wilson, Miles Killebrew and Don Carey at safety, but may lose Rafael Bush in free agency.
